About the Author
Author Eric Robert Greitens worked as a humanitarian volunteer and attended Oxford University as a Rhodes and Truman Scholar. He earned his Ph.D. in 2000 before joining the Navy SEALS and serving four tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Greitens founded The Mission Continues that works with post 9/11 veterans to " rebuild a sense of purpose through community service." (source: The Mission Continues website).
