During the Spring 2008 semester, four librarians from Reed Library participated in a Teaching Empowerment Team.

Pam Arbeeny, Chris Hartman, Tom Schmiedel, and Minna Sellers observed one another teaching in both libRIC and individual BI sessions during the course of the semester.

Out of these observations sprang a number of exemplary instruction practices, which were summarized in a written report, as well as a presentation to other FLC librarians.
