Access The Atlanic

Reed Library provides full online access to The Atlantic for the Fort Lewis College students, faculty, and staff. 

New Subscribers

Use these directions if you have never had a subscription to The Atlantic before.

  1. Go to https://theatlantic.com/fortlewiscollege-login/
  2. Type in your FLC email address when prompted
  3. Login with your FLC CAS credentials
  4. You should be logged in! Click on "My Account" to set your preferences.

Use The Atlantic's App

FLC students, faculty, and staff may also access The Atlantic using their app. To do so:

  1. Download the app for iOs or Android
  2. Click the settings button on the top right of the landing screen
  3. Tap "Sign In" and scroll down to "Sign in through your institution"
  4. Find and select "Fort Lewis College" in the dropdown
  5. Type in your FLC email once prompted
  6. Sign in with your CAS login

What is The Atlantic?

Founded in 1857, The Atlantic has been a magazine of ideas, aiming to help readers better understand the world in all its complexity. Your free subscription includes unlimited reading online and in the Atlantic app, narrated articles and podcasts, email newsletters, and games. You will also have access to The Atlantic's full archive, going back to its founding.
