Mendeley is a free application that helps you manage your research. Also known as a reference or citation manager, it has built-in tools to help you:

- Read, highlight and annotate PDFs.
- Collaborate with others by sharing references and ideas
- Backs up your research library and syncs to the web
To access Mendeley from your own laptop or desktop, click on the link below to create an account. We recommend that you also install Mendeley Cite and the Web Importer. Mendeley Cite allows you to cite while you write in a Word document, creating correctly formatted in-text citations and bibliography as you're typing. Mendeley's Web Importer allows you to save articles as PDFs in your Mendeley library directly through your browser with a click of a button.
